Models for Clear Writing- Donald, Morrow, Wargetz, Werner
Teaching by example is an age-old and still effective method of teaching, which Models for Clear Writing follows. Years of experience as English instructors convince us that teaching by example supplies the students with enjoyable learning and the instructors with supportive and comprehensive direction for a course. The models we have chosen range widely, limited only by the student' interests and scope. About half of the models are contemporary; few of the other half are dated earlier than World War II. They vary in style, content, length, and purpose.Teaching by examples requires both reading and writing skills.
